Everyday tasks can become challenging with age. We lend a helping hand with all personal Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) – including dressing, bathing, grooming, eating, toileting, and mobility. Our caregivers assist discreetly and respectfully, always encouraging as much independence as possible. Whether it's getting ready in the morning or winding down at night, we're there to make sure each resident stays comfortable, clean, and confident in their daily routine.

Managing medications is critical for our residents' health. Our trained staff carefully oversees all medications to ensure they are taken exactly as prescribed. We coordinate with physicians and pharmacies to organize refills, provide gentle reminders or hands-on assistance with each dose, and monitor for any side effects or changes. This diligent medication management keeps our residents healthy and gives families peace of mind knowing important medicines are handled safely and on schedule. 

Good food and nutrition are fundamental to well-being. We provide three delicious, home-cooked meals every day, each one balanced and tailored to our residents' dietary needs. Snacks and refreshments are also available to keep everyone satisfied between meals. If your loved one has a doctor-prescribed diet or special food preferences, we happily accommodate them. Mealtimes at Imperial Living are not just about eating – they're also opportunities for socializing and comfort, just like family dinners at home. 

Imperial Living offers a true home environment, where each resident enjoys a comfortable, fully furnished private room (with an option for a companion room if preferred). We take care of all the housekeeping — rooms are kept clean and tidy, with fresh bed linens provided weekly (or more often as needed). Our staff also handles personal laundry, returning clothes clean and neatly folded. We even provide essential toiletries like soap and toilet paper, so you never have to worry about the little things. This means your loved one can simply relax in a clean, safe space that truly feels like home. Residents and families never have to worry about chores. We keep the home clean and tidy – doing regular housekeeping, linens changes, and personal laundry weekly or as needed. Rooms, bathrooms, and common areas are maintained spotless by our staff, creating a comfortable and hygienic environment. This means our seniors can relax and focus on enjoying their day. 

We help ensure our residents get the medical attention they need. Our team coordinates with healthcare providers for routine medical and dental check-ups and works with family members to schedule appointments. Should a health issue arise, we arrange prompt medical care and communicate closely with doctors. For minor illnesses or post-surgery recovery, we provide bedside care and can deliver meals to your loved one's room so they remain comfortable during recuperation. In everything, we follow physicians' instructions closely and keep you informed about your loved one's health. 

Life at Imperial Living is active and engaging. We organize fun daily activities and social programs to keep our residents stimulated and happy — everything from exercise classes and art projects to game nights and birthday celebrations. Our goal is to keep minds sharp and spirits high. We also help residents stay connected with the wider community; whether it's coordinating with local senior programs and resources or helping them exercise their right to vote, we support each individual's independence and interests. Every day is enriched with opportunities to socialize, learn, and enjoy life. 

Getting to appointments or events is simple with our help. While Imperial Living does not operate its own vehicle, we happily arrange transportation through trusted third-party services whenever residents need to go out. From doctor visits to family gatherings, we’ll help schedule convenient rides and can even accompany the resident if extra support is needed. We make sure our residents stay connected to the world outside our home without any hassle for them or their families. 

Communication with families is a priority for us. We provide regular updates on your loved one’s well-being – whether it’s a quick cheerful photo of them enjoying an activity, or a monthly care report. We encourage family involvement: you can visit anytime (we have open visiting hours), video call your loved one, or attend our family events. We believe caring for a senior is a partnership with families, and we’re here to support you as well. 

 In addition to the core services above, Imperial Living provides a variety of amenities to make life comfortable and worry-free:

• Basic Toiletries Provided: We supply everyday personal hygiene items (soap, toilet paper, etc.) for each resident, so families have one less thing to worry about.
   
• Laundry & Linen Service: Personal laundry is done regularly, and fresh bed/bath linens are provided at least once a week (or more often if needed).
   
• Fully Furnished Rooms: Each bedroom comes with a cozy bed, essential furniture, and linens. Residents are welcome to bring personal décor to make their space feel like home.
   
• Safe, Homelike Environment: Our residence is designed with seniors' safety in mind (easy to navigate and equipped with safety features), all while maintaining a comfortable, homey atmosphere.
